TOMASZ SERAFIN
At the helm of Tecne stands a man who bridges the world of science with top-tier international business. Tomasz Serafin is a complete engineer with over 17 years of experience, proving that Polish technical thought sets global trends.
His experience is not just management, but primarily the creation of technology that transforms industries. He has led key R&D departments, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and led projects spanning three continents (Europe, North America, Asia).
Selected Achievements of the Founder
- Toyota & Top 10 Innovations: Tomasz led an R&D team from scratch that designed and implemented a proprietary system of autonomous robots (AMR) for the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada factory. This project was recognized as one of the 10 most important innovations of the year within the corporation (Toyota Award: Top Ten Innovations of 2021).
- Ford F-150: Working in the USA, he co-created software for the “virtual cockpit” of the iconic Ford F-150. The solutions he oversaw are now standard in millions of vehicles.
- Large-Scale Public Systems: He designed the architecture for passenger information systems for European metropolises and traffic monitoring systems processing data in real-time.
- Mentor and Scientist: As an academic lecturer at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, he shares knowledge in Computer Vision and System Architecture, educating subsequent generations of engineers.

Daniel Cieszko
The Execution Force. From Junior to Co-owner.
If Tomasz is the visionary, Daniel is the driving force that materializes that vision. Daniel Cieszko is the best proof of the effectiveness of our development philosophy and organizational culture based on meritocracy.
He has been working with Tomasz Serafin continuously since 2015. Through a decade of joint work, he has traversed the complete, most demanding engineering path: from the position of Junior Developer, through the role of Senior Architect and Technical Leader, to the function of CTO and Co-owner of Tecne.
Daniel is a guarantee of project delivery. He is responsible for operational excellence, code quality, and technical team management. His story shows that at Tecne, loyalty, talent, and hard work lead to the very top – to the role of a business partner.
