TECNE: The Art of Engineering
Evolution. From Special Missions to Global Deployments.
In the world of technology, four years is an entire era. For us, it is the time in which we traveled the path from an elite engineering unit carrying out the most difficult tasks to the role of a mature partner for global clients. Our roots as a team go back to 2018, when we worked together in the autonomous mobile robot industry. The company’s co-owners have been working together since 2015, creating a harmonious student–master duo.
Today we are Tecne.
Our current name – derived from the ancient Greek techne (phonetic pronunciation: /ˈtɛk ni/) – defines our DNA. It is an ancient concept meaning the fusion of art and craft; the masterful application of knowledge to create things that do not exist in nature.
An observant observer will notice the reference to history in the name: Tec – from Technology, NE – from Nerds – Technology Nerds.
2021: Genesis of the “Nerd Army” – Born Ready
Our story began in Wrocław in 2021. In times of global uncertainty, Tomasz Serafin brought the Nerd Army to life. It was not a company looking for its identity. From day one, we were formatted as “Engineering Special Forces.”
We entered the market to implement projects of critical importance, where there is no room for shortcomings. Our competencies were almost immediately verified by the most demanding partners. We carried out advanced projects creating systems where security, stability, and precision were non-negotiable parameters.
Over these years, “Nerd Army” has become synonymous with technical precision and reliability. We handled complex processes and delivered solutions where the standard approach failed. We were and are heavyweight engineers.
CyberCamp
Our ambition has always been to go beyond the computer screen. As complete engineers, understanding electronics and mechanics, we created CyberCamp (https://cybercamp.fun). This is not an ordinary IT project. It is our R&D showcase and proof that we can create complete products. CyberCamp is an advanced control system that redefines caravanning.
We integrated within it:
- Advanced sensors and telemetry,
- Energy and safety management systems,
- IoT and intuitive control applications.
We turned classic vehicles into intelligent, autonomous homes on wheels. We showed that we can design ecosystems in which hardware and software form one inseparable organism. This product is not just software; it is proprietary electronics that we manufacture and that have been working reliably in vehicles since 2022..
Transformation: Time for Tecne
After four years of dynamic development (in December 2025), dozens of completed projects, and building a technological base, our organization has naturally evolved. Experience gained on the “battlefield” allowed us to enter a higher level.
Rebranding to Tecne is a symbol of this maturity. It is a transition from agency to creation. Our business model means that we devote attention and resources to each client that are unavailable on a mass scale. Here, every project is treated with the reverence that a work of art deserves.
Wrocław (Poland) Heart, Global Nervous System
Our operations center and laboratories are located in Wrocław. This is where the heart of Polish engineering beats, and from here we carry out key projects. Poland remains our foundation – this is where we create innovations that we then export to the world.
At the same time, our perspective is strictly global. Our clients and partners are located in key technological hubs of the world. We deliver solutions that drive businesses in:

He created the Nerd Army and created the vision of engineering special forces, and now Tecne. Tomasz holds the helm of the entire business. He combines an engineering background with a cool business gaze, setting the directions for the company’s development and deciding on key partnerships. He is the guarantor of stability and that Tecne will always be a flesh-and-blood engineering company. Creator of the idea and architect of the CyberCamp system.
Daniel Cieszko LinkedIn – owner of 30% shares
Technical Leader and “Executive Force”. If Tomasz sets the goal, Daniel is responsible for getting us there. He manages teams, oversees the quality of delivered solutions, and ensures the technological excellence of implemented projects. He verifies innovations in practice and manages the operational side of our deployments.
