At the helm of Tecne stands a man who bridges the world of science with top-tier international business. Tomasz Serafin is a complete engineer with over 17 years of experience, proving that Polish technical thought sets global trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His experience is not just management, but primarily the creation of technology that transforms industries. He has led key R&D departments, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and led projects spanning three continents (Europe, North America, Asia).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  • Toyota & Top 10 Innovations:<\/strong> Tomasz led an R&D team from scratch that designed and implemented a proprietary system of autonomous robots (AMR) for the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada<\/strong> factory. This project was recognized as one of the 10 most important innovations of the year within the corporation (Toyota<\/strong> Award: Top Ten Innovations of 2021<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    He has been working with Tomasz Serafin continuously since 2015<\/strong>. Through a decade of joint work, he has traversed the complete, most demanding engineering path: from the position of Junior Developer, through the role of Senior Architect and Technical Leader, to the function of CTO and Co-owner of Tecne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Daniel is a guarantee of project delivery<\/strong>. He is responsible for operational excellence, code quality, and technical team management.
